Features Humanized control and operation system Eagle GA798BⅢ Towel Rapier Loom is designed to weave all kinds of satin or jacquard satin towels for face, tea, bath and floor etc. We adopt advanced CNC servo system and realize electronic control servomotor cam looping. We can control the pile height and weave all loop patterns freely. It has more advantages and features below. (1) Reinforced frame structures with doubled weight, based on which we can increase the machine speed; (2)Speed: 180~230rpm; (3) Double servo system (servo motor looping, servo take up), it ensures the fabric weight of towel; (4) Outside type take up and let-off stop system, convenient maintenance; (5) Enclosed type electronic oil pump with centralized lubricating system for dobby; (6) The pile warp beam, made of aluminium alloy, with diameter increased to 800mm, which will reduce by a half of machine halt time and manual knotting cost; (7) Automatic centralized lubricating system, convenient maintenance; (8) We strengthen the transmitting rapier system, increase transmitting power, and as well reinforce the stability of rapier transmission; (9) We equip the machine front part with protection shield to improve its safety performance; (10)Touch screen servo controlled big cabinet.
