HICAS 4 color selection rapier loom,Rapier Loom for sale   Product Description        HICAS GA798B Terry Towel Rapier Loom is mainly used to weave all kinds of satin or jacquard satin for face,tea,bath and  floor etc. at weight 20-1000gm with the material of cotton ,wool,bamboo fiber and blended yarns. We adopt advanced CNC servo system and realize electronic control servomotor cam looping.Based on convenient and easy digitalized and standardized button operation we can control the pile height by setting the height of each weft. Wavy loop,saw tooth loop,high-low loop,stereoscopic loop etc. all patterns can be woven freely. 
In addition, we achieved SYNC variable weft-density weaving,that weft-density is controllable at5~46 picks/cm. Compare with old mechanical looping, we solve and avoid problems of speed inching and the machine halt resulted high-low loop. With the weft fixing and automatic stop function,the broken weft will stop on the 2nd weft all times, which reduce spinner’s 70% working capacity.    Features:Humanized control and operation system   With materials of cotton fiber, nature fiber, artificial fiber and decorative yarn(e.g.cotton, polyester,silk,wool,acrylic,nylon and fancy yarns), GA798 Flexible Fabrics Rapier Loom is mainly used to weave them into light,medium and heavy plain stain checks fabrics of 20-800g/sqm,  such  as  decoration  cloth,  window  screen,  colorful cloths,flax cloth,cotton cloth,chemical fiber cloth, suitings and shirting fabrics etc. in addition, we achieved varied weft destiny weaving,and weft destiny is controllable 5~46 pick/cm.   Loom characteristics: stable operation and easy maintenance,low noise,beautiful exterior, humanized control and operation system, fast reacticve permanent super motor with low power consumption, good comprehensive performance ensure the safety and stabilization of the system.   Specification
